Janette Dale is a highly successful CEO and leader of Molonglo Support Services.  She is responsible for the operations, strategy and organisation culture and is passionate about developing her teams who are dedicated to fulfilling Molonglo’s mission of supporting people through homelessness and domestic and family violence.

As a qualified coach, Janette supports the ongoing development of leadership skills in the Molonglo team, through coaching and ongoing training to help them find creative solutions and overcome any challenges they face.  She has successfully introduced new processes and overseen the implementation of innovative ways of working which have made a significant difference to the organisation and to their clients.

She has been associated with Molonglo since 2005, and with over 25 years of experience working in the community and health sector, she is devoted to leading change in the sector of homelessness, and domestic and family violence. She has extensive experience working in a number of different roles including financial, community development and at board director level within several charities in Australia and the UK.

Janette holds a degree in nursing and received the Canberra Award. She has a Diploma of Leadership and Management, a Diploma of Governance and is a member of FICDA (Fellow of the Institute of Community Directors Australia) and is a Certified Coach with One of many™.
