Carol Willis

Director

Carol came to our board after working at Louisa Domestic Violence Service for 14 years. Her lifelong desire has been to help improve the lives of women and children and is a passionate advocate for women’s equality.

Carol attended the first world conference for Refuge Workers in Canada and felt honoured to be part of a worldwide network of women all working towards the same goal.

As a long term resident in a rural area, Carol believes supporting local communities is important to help with issues of isolation and lack of regional services. She is involved with the local rural fire  brigade and the community association.
