Tanya was appointed to the Board December 2019. She is the Managing Partner (Queanbeyan) of Baker Deane & Nutt Lawyers. Tanya has been at Baker Dean and Nutt for 20 years and prior to that she worked in Sydney as a paralegal for a large firm. Her associations include NSW Law Society and the ACT Law Society. In 2021 Tanya was a winner of the Peacemakers Award. Tanya has over 18 experience working in Family Law. Tanya regularly works with separating couples to find amicable solutions to their family law problems. Tanya has a keen interest in women’s rights in Australia, particularly in relation to domestic violence.
